TERMS OF USE
Α. INTRODUCTION
This website is operated by DOCTORHOMIE, a company located in Kallithea, Attica, at 201 Laskaridou
Street (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). At any point on the website, the terms "we" and "our"
refer to the Company. The Company offers this website, including all information, tools and services
available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions hereof.
The Company has developed and is the exclusive owner of the "DOCTORHOMIE" application (hereinafter
referred to as the "Application"). The Application is an intermediate web hosting provider, offering the
user an online platform that functions as a digital directory of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses,
caregivers), hereinafter referred to as "Healthcare Professionals", for the provision of home healthcare
services.
The App connects you, who generally have a health problem (emergency and/or non-emergency), have
reduced mobility and are seeking access to primary health care services at home, (hereinafter "Users",
"you", "you" "your" ) with health professionals registered with our App for the provision of primary
health care services (hereinafter "Service").
The User will be able to find health care professionals, select the category of health care professional they
want and will be able to make an appointment online for a home visit. He will then also be given the
option to evaluate the health professional if he wishes to do so.
By visiting and/or registering on our App, you are participating in our "Service" and agree to be bound by
the following terms ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the App.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing, browsing or using the App. By accessing or using any
part of the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms of
Use, then you may not access the App or use any service.
Any new features or tools added to the App are also subject to these Terms of Service. We may make
changes to these Terms from time to time. We may make them for a variety of reasons, such as to
incorporate changes or legal requirements, new features, or changes in our business practices. The most
recent version of these Terms will be posted in the relevant section of the Application, which you should
check regularly for the most recent version, as this is the version that applies. If changes we have made
affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you in advance of them by reasonable means, which may
include notice through the App or by email. If you continue to use the Services after the changes are
implemented, then you agree to the revised Terms.
